The challenges of life ultimately come to test our faith in the true God. Many of us are not happy to trust Jesus most of the time, until situations start to get increasingly difficult. Are you faced with debts, sickness or poverty, praying and it seems there is no hope? I would like to encourage you as God encouraged Elijah; the journey is long and you need refreshments, so refresh yourself with these nuggets:

The testing of your faith works patience and patience experience (James 1:2-4)
The temptations you experience are the ones you can handle and God will make a way to escape (1Corinthians 10:13-14)
The trials and temptations you face are temporal and they will ultimately work to advance your destiny (2Corinthians 4:16-18)
If you faint in the day of adversity your strength is little (Proverbs 24:10)
Believe God especially that he cannot fail (Heb11:6).

The widow in Luke 18:1-8 stuck to her gun and even the wicked judge could not help but notice her persistence and granted her petition; surely your heavenly father loves you more than the wicked judge, he will answer you speedily.

As you read this today a new strength will come upon you to run this race because God is on your side and you are destined to be victorious.

Get excited about Jesus today because he will not allow you to be put to shame.
